You shouldn't have to figure this out the hard way.
You've built a real store. Spent real money on ads, products, and making things look right. You've fixed the things that were obviously broken. But revenue per order keeps sitting at a number that feels close — not bad, just not what the traffic should be producing. Something in the cart isn't doing its job. You can feel it. You just can't see it.
The story
The wins were always in the cart. I just couldn't see them.
I ran two Shopify stores before I built Smart Sale Labs. One didn't make it. The other found its footing — and looking back, the difference wasn't the products or the ads. It was understanding what was happening in the cart, and what small changes could do to the numbers that actually matter.
Between those two stores I spent a lot of time and money going the long way round.
Courses that turned out to be funnels for more courses. Communities where real insight was always one upgrade away. Coaches with frameworks sold as personalised — and they would have been, if every client on their roster hadn't been getting the exact same one. The truly personalised version did exist. It was just priced at a number that would break the budget of the very merchant who needed it most.
I got there eventually. But it took years longer than it should have, cost more than the problem ever deserved, and required the kind of exhausting persistence that most merchants simply don't have — because they're running a store.
It shouldn't have been that hard. The answers weren't complicated. Getting to them was.
Smart Sale Labs is what I built so that nobody else has to take the same route. Not a course. Not a community with a paywall between you and the useful part. A tool that shows you what's happening in your cart — and does the work of improving it. Because the merchants I want to help are already working hard enough.
What we stand for
Three things that don't change.
One thing, done properly
We don't build a suite. We build Limen, and we obsess over it. Depth beats breadth when real revenue is on the line — and your cart deserves a tool that was built to earn its keep, not to check a feature box.
A price that doesn't punish growth
We charge $19.99/month. Not $19.99 until you hit a revenue milestone, then more. Not free until you need the feature that matters, then a tier. Flat. Always. Because I've been on the receiving end of pricing that grew as my store did, and that's not how a partner charges you.
Built for Shopify, properly
Limen is built on Polaris and integrates natively with the Shopify admin. We're pursuing the Built for Shopify badge. Your customers expect a seamless cart experience — and so do you. We don't bolt on. We belong.
The product
Limen. A free shipping promotion app for Shopify.
It pairs a free shipping bar with a smart cart drawer and intelligent cross-sell: every shopper sees their path to free shipping, and the right product is there at the moment before checkout, when the decision is still live. The cart earns its place in your revenue. That's the whole job.
Limen is launching soon on the Shopify App Store.
Early access
Join the waitlist. Get 6 months at $14.99/month when Limen launches.
The standard price is $19.99/month. Waitlist members lock in 6 months at $14.99/month after a 14-day free trial. That offer closes when Limen goes live — it won't be on the App Store listing.
Your $14.99 offer link arrives on launch day. Billing handled through Shopify — no payment details on this site.
